  • bump version

I vote NO on this. This simple-looking change essentially makes elia-chat uninstallable for older Python versions that aren't even out of of support yet.

Textual itself supports back to 3.8 even in main branch today: https://github.com/Textualize/textual/blob/main/pyproject.toml#L20
