Description of changes:
The current scripts run Certbot commands from the user directory instead of where they are installed in website setup.
This PR changes Certbot calls to use the
/opt/certbot/bin/certbotpath instead of the user Certbot path in both the HTTPS rewrite and cert renewal scripts.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
