About The Pull Request
Turns biowares (the effects that experimental surgeries give you. i.e: vein threading) into status effects.
Port of: tgstation/tgstation#81989
Why It's Good For The Game
These do the exact same thing as status effects. Let's actually make it one and remove a layer of snowflake code across humans.
