sha256sum an entire directory from the template system for a run_onchange script

I wanted to only run this script when any of the files associated with a run_onchange script changes, which all happen to be in the same directory.

There is probably a better way of doing this, but I have not found it.

Probably need a template for this to make it easy. It won't be perfect because you really don't want to have a whole recursive directory in memory at once, so I'm doing a sha256sum over a list of sha256sum values plus a bit more. This is untested, but should work.
