Not really. The chezmoi root directory (either the same as the chezmoi source directory or the directory referenced by
.chezmoirootin the chezmoi source directory) is always relative to the target directory (which is usually$HOMEor%userprofile%).You could always specify that your target directory is
%localappdata%(which is%userprofile%\AppData\Local) but that may cause other problems, and definitely won't work if you also use a Unix-like system.
