README points to discussions, but discussions feature is not enabled in repo

I noticed that the readme mentions repo discussions at ( https://github.com/spf13/afero/discussions ), but discussions are not enabled in this repo, so that link goes to a 404 page.

Maybe discussions should be enabled, or maybe the readme should be updated to remove the line that links to discussions.
