Can i compile this app for phones?

I want to be able to use this app from phone.

And since it works trough Electron (html, css, js to exe as much as i know), can i somehow compile it for Android?

Unfortunately, Electron does not support Android, so the short answer is: you cannot run or compile this app for Android.

And of course, a web UI on your phone isn’t really ideal. Instead, I’d like to suggest an Android app I found that may suit your needs:
