[BUG] Cannot Update anything on Tool

Describe the bug
After updating the tool, I am unable to update anything, mods, game and dlc alike, it just says "Error: Could not download the manifest = 9207897241797719306 after 5 attempts. Inner Exception: A task was canceled."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'Updater/mods'
2. Click on 'Update, no dlc checked, or attempt to update mods'
3. See error

Expected behaviour
Should update and create server files in designated install directory, which is on the same drive as the tool.

Actual behaviour
Nothing will update nor install.

OS Version (required):

• OS: Windows 10 Version 22H2
• FASTER Version 1.9.7.2, also attempted two versions below.

Additional context
All accounts were logged out, all authentications were reset, and all files, including the ones in appdata and temp were completely deleted.
