[Enhancement] Export Compilation Database relative paths

currently the Export Compilation Database command will use absolute paths for everything. is it possible to use relative paths for all files so that it can be shared easily among different users and pushed to a git repo?

Relative paths might seem convenient for sharing, but they can lead to issues when tools are run from different locations. Absolute paths provide a more robust and predictable setup

I understand why the default is absolute paths. but is it at least possible to make this an option to opt-in to?
